When I applied to high school about 30 years ago, I chose the Humanities program. Partly because I loved French and dreamed of moving to Paris after graduation, but mostly to avoid math. I just didn’t understand it—all the terms, formulas, and equations felt like a foreign language to me. Besides, I was going to art school to become an Art Director. And surely, I wouldn’t need math for that?
But I never made it to Paris, nor did I become an Art Director. Instead, I ended up in London, studying Marketing. And that’s where I finally found my way into math. Through business economics and the connection between marketing and sales, I became both curious and motivated to learn more.
Since then, I’ve spent my career helping small business owners in the creative industry take control of their businesses and demystify the path to profitability. I’m passionate about simplifying and clarifying things for entrepreneurs like you.
